why Friday? that should be left to the high school kids ONLY. But it does give 'Cuse another day to heal and get ready for their next whipping err game.

Captain Obvious here, but money rules the CFB world. In my mind, the Thursday and Friday games we play on occasion are the price we pay to hopefully avoid hosting one. THAT would suck.

DRad won't host a Friday night game so when it's our turn it will be on the road.

I believe ESecPN is ceding Thursday night to the NFL given the crappy college games on Thursdays this year, and putting the better teams on Friday. I was going to say "better match-ups," then realized we play Syracuse.

I like a Friday night game as long as it is on the road. Will be a lot of weddings on that Saturday if folks planned ahead

I don't think that Wazzu could have beaten USC on a Saturday or Thursday night. It had to be the Magic of Pac12 After Dark mixed with the weirdness of a Friday night game in Pullman that made for the perfect upset conditions. Alls I'm sayins is, it might be a necessary evil.
