That seems like an awful lot considering Troy is basically on the same level as App State. If I was a gambling man, I'd likely take Troy and the points. I know we are much better than them, but the way Dabo likes to get everybody playing time in these types of game (his MO just isn't to run it up like he could), we'll likely leave some points on the field Offensively and Defensively you'd expect some busts from some of the guys getting their first taste of action.

The $EC would not approve TN would much rather play on a race track (maybe a golf course will be next) than to go into Blacksburg on a Saturday night. And Youre not going to get Saban to play west of the state of Texas period.

They're as good as App. State, which is pretty good. We simply have to play one game at a time and try to improve every week and we'll be fine.

Mate...if there's one thing I've learned over the years...NEVER, EVER bet on Clemson in any way, shape or form...no matter how tasty the odds look.
But if you must, just go for the moneyline win...forget about the spread.

Yeah my concern with these high point spreads is you never know when a coach will bring the backups in. We Cover easily if the A team stays in 4 qtrs... I left this game alone this week.

My gut says take Troy and the points. But as you can see, we are a toss-up; even as the favorite at home. Good luck!

No way. Even if we blow them out in the first half, we'll put in the 2nd and 3rd teamers. We almost never cover spreads that big.

As been said on here a plenty, 3 to 6 point wins are bragging rights, and I humbly have to agree. A win is a win anyway you look at it, but for some reason, I love seeing our Tigers to just stomp the sh!t out of who ever we play. There isn't any questions about our win when that happens!!!

They played app state close past year. But Troy went 4-8 last yr app st 11-2 i wouldn't say troy is almost as good.
