Miami only has one game left in the regular season whilst we have two ? And, since Miami lost to FSU today, we win out and we win the ACC regular season ? Did I metric or count up the games incorrectly (wrong) ? Thusly, the UVA game is kinda big.

than seeding - all teams tied would be “co-champs” but there could only be one #1 seed which is the only reason for tiebreakers

It is my understanding they don't recognize anything for the regular season other than seeding. It is all about winning the ACCT. But it does sound good to be able to say you tied for first in the regular season, even if there is no hardware.

Typically the ACC has always recognized the tournament winner as official champ

They do recognize regular season champs in record book & they do award a regular season championship trophy to schools (can just look & see for the softball team & seen for other schools/sports via Google). RS trophies are same size/look as the trophies for division champs in FB/soccer/baseball

Pitt also could lose to ND if they get by Syracuse but we need them to lose 1 of those and then, as you said, beat Miami.
