Thanks for the forward. Good theme, different perspective but badly written article.
The Ole Miss, Auburn and Miss St games point to the weaknesses of LSU. They are definitely beatable. Venables is too smart and will find his own way to beat LSU.
On another note, Clemson's offense is slightly getting stale. This was most obvious in the OSU game. Clemson did win and played a different style of offense. However the writing is on the wall. As much as I wish Scott the best, I am really hoping Tigers take the time during off season to rewire the offense. Elliott is smart and hoping being the lone coordinator will give him the opportunity.

If Clemson's offense played a " different kind of game " against OSU , then it's adapting and evolving , not getting stale .
I sure hope the LSU gameplan is to do exactly what got them here , to the letter .

In the first quarter. That defense was the best we’ll see this year. Maybe the best last year, this year and next year.

You do realize that Tee higgins went out on the first drive

of the game?
That Forced Ross to change positions which completely threw off the game plan for the first 2 quarters. When Tee came back you could tell he still wasn't 100%. Ross was also injured and you could see it affecting his play. If Tee doesn't go down we win that game by 2-3 touchdowns easily.
I don't see LSU stopping our offense if all of our receivers are healthy.

OSU's best defense against Tee was to rip his helmet off so he takes a shot to the head, then when he came back into the game, they had to hold him. He did drop a couple subsequently, but I think just the threat of Tee and Ross gave Rogers the he needed opening later.

will be why we go nuts Monday. When was the last time we put together 2 lackluster offensive performances?

Remember, last year we only scored 1 more point on offense against ND then we did this year against OSU. And just like year, it took our offense a quarter and a half to find its rhythm. We played the better defense in the semi final game then we did in the national championship game both years.

I mean if you're not doing some things that have proven successful beforehand , are you even trying ?
Well that ... and the way Clemson does which is force teams off their gameplans with superior planning and execution .

Last year it was Saban who complained (whined) that we were running copycat plays.
Therein lies the point of accenting the use of the word (and laughing at it).
Of course any coach worth his salt will attempt to find trends of plays/formations that have worked previously against their upcoming opponent. It was Saban that seemed to think that was odd.

Saban May have been crying about the shovel pass

where ETN scored a TD after Bama RB got stuffed on their prior identical play. It could be that Clemson was just trying to show Saban how to properly execute a shovel pass play.
In any event it appears Saban didn’t appreciate the help. All. Night. Long!

Wonder what the native language was?
"one which was returned for a landing on the second drive of the sport"
"a transcendent quarterback will face the nation’s high protection within the nationwide championship recreation."
" It was Tua Tagovailoa who was throwing landing passes in all of the spotlight reels, doing visitor interviews on late-night sports activities packages."
"And all of the whereas, All-American linebacker Isaiah Simmons may very well be dashing the sting, blitzing up the center, dropping again in protection."
What the heck is "dashing the sting"??

Edgar Allen O is already in Saban halftime mindset from last year. This is a good sign.

I think someone wrote a serious and well-researched article before taking a thesaurus to it. Substitute the word “play” for “recreation “, “last” for “final”, etc.
Not sure what the purpose was.
Sometimes ESL marketing ends up reading like this, but I’ve never seen it in a full article.

In what language was that fooshya article originally written. It is obviously either a translation or was written by an ESL reporter.
