Actually yeah Mellusi likely is the best.
Wisconsin also has an NFL line every year lol, but it works for him.

The amount of difference in expectation and pressure is ridiculously high.
If Oregon State went 2-10 with DJ, their fans wouldn’t have given a single sh** because they basically always suck, disregarding their very recent progress.
If he was still at Clemson, and Dabo was still loyal to him, and he was 4-4, there would be protests going on by this point. Knowing how upset we all were putting up with it for 2 seasons

Derion kendrick was first team all sec. Chez mellusi is one of the beat backs in his conference. Chase brice set records at app and def would have started over DJU. Chad kelly did bery well at ole miss. Tavien feaster did decent at SCAR.
A lot of transfer players made impacts on teams they transferred to. The ones that didnt start provided quality depth in most cases, so those teams didnt have to rely on freshman for depth.

We need the depth in a bad way.
I'd much rather have Decari Collins and EJ Williams than several of our WRs.
Would've loved to have had Chase Brice or Zerrick Cooper when DJ was struggling in 2021.
Lavonta Bentley and Kane Patterson would've added great depth on defense as well.

That’s what I’m saying.
Plus, come on man. These aren’t like elite NFL players like former Clemson players in the NFL.
We have not had any players leave in my opinion that would’ve even collectively helped us towards a championship.
