God is good and the babies and mom are doing great! No idea how to be a dad to twin girls but I'm going to pray and do my best!

assuming you don't have one already (ie pre-conceived notions of raising a single child) you will be fine.
Sleep is the toughest, as for us we chose to both help with each feeding through the night, so neither got a stint of more than 3 hours for a long time.
Probably the most beneficial thing is when one of them 'gets' something (like walking or standing) the other seemed to be driven to do it more quickly, or at least that was our experience.

Color coding can be fun! My friend's girls were Green Grace and Blue Bella up through middle school. With girls y'all can paint their toenails different colors til you can tell who's who by their smiles or the expression in their eyes.

God gives twins to people that can handle it! Congratulations to you and the Mrs.!!! My twin girls turn 26 in May. One is getting married this summer and moving to Europe. They don't stay little very long. Try spending as much time as you can with them. Before you know it they will be out of the house and trying to make it in the world on their own. It will happen in a flash!

Me and my wife actually just had boy/girl twins born on the 5th. We where talking about how easy 1 child is lol. Thankfully they are on the same sleep/feeding schedule.

That's absolutely great. Having daughters is pretty amazing. My two oldest are girls. God gave me a son too, who I live and am proud of, but daughters can make a house mighty sweet.

I’ll let you in on a secret; no one knows how to be a parent. We learned by watching our parents. Ultimately, we’re all making it up as we go. Before you know it you’ll be spoiling your grandchildren. It goes by so fast! Being a girl Dad is a blessing! My girl was harder than my son. I also raised two nieces and it was a mixed bag. One was super hard and the other was super easy. They both were amazing though. Congratulations and enjoy every moment!

Sounds like you are on the right track!!! Your post is perfect and following ur own advice is going to help. God is good! You demonstrated caring for ur babies and wife first and ur ability to know to go to God for what u need is all u need.
