Big 12/pac 12 merger beginning. Oregon and Washington

looking to join Big12. Colorado and Utah will most likely follow. I see Stanford and ND as a package deal to Big 10 next.

SEC wll end up with ACC teams, including our Tigers.

I've read Washington/Oregon want in the B1G

People keep saying ND to B1G but they have had that offer on the table for years & while yes geographically that makes sense, that doesn’t matter anymore. I would see ND to the Big 12 before the B1G because ND will be able to get whatever they want from the Big 12 opposed to the B1G where Ohio State is the top dog

What is the penalty for ND if they join a different conference for football instead of the ACC?

Most likely:
Big Ten: UCLA, USC, Oregon Washington
Big 12: Arizona, Arizona State, Utah, Colorado
Mountain West: Cal, Stanford, Washington State, Oregon State
However I want the ACC to go be expansionist, but I don't see it happening.

The rest of these PAC 12 teams have informed media sources that they will not be following USC/UCLA the the B1G. They will go to the Big 12 before anything else

If its actually true that Oregon and Washington aren't going anywhere, than the Pac 12 can stay afloat and doesn't implode. I've heard conflicting info on this.
But if they stay, the Pac 12 can add San Diego State and one other team to and 'survive'. If Oregon and Washington leave, its imploding, and you'll see the top of the leftovers go to the Big 12, and the bottom go to the MWC.
