While that may be true, Kirby Smart will choke against a lesser opponent at least once this year.
Bank on it.

Choking on a lesser opponent could come as early as this weekend. Stay tuned.

You consider a team with more 5 stars starting than almost every team and that has ranked higher in recruiting last 4 years a lesser opponent ? On the other hand it is Do Less With More U .

No. It's just a snarky comment in response to a snarky comment. But Clemson is the favorite and from what I gather here, this one won't even be close.

He thinks UGA and Clemson are rivals. I don't have the heart to tell him they are not.

UGA's championship drought and Clemson's track record over the last decade make your point perfectly.
Clemson and UGA are neither rivals, nor equals.

Yes, for me when the cracks and butt sniffers play I root against the team (never for either one) that has the most to lose. Since the U of south Columbia is already at rock bottom that means I’ll be rooting for a Jawja loss for the foreseeable future.

Like your thinking but I got a feeling we'll be playing a pretty tough FSU team along the way... Or at least I hope so. Just in case something doesn't go our way Sat. As for uga, they should breeze through the regular season after Sat. I honestly believe Clemson schedule tougher than theirs.

Agree. FSU is coming back, and it’s not going to take 5 years to do so. Call me crazy, but they may only be a year away from being a top 20 team.

Honestly, if they just got their OL right!
I agree with this statement. They will be back sooner rather than later! I think some people had started getting the SEC mindset that "being good is owed to them" at FSU. I hope it never happens at Clemson and we remain as a football program and administration: "humble and hungry and hard-working"!
It doesn't just happen; you have to outwork the rest of the field and be ahead of innovation in offensive and defensive philosophy! All with the hard work as a foundation.

1. Beat UGA. 2. Finish season undefeated. 3. Win ACC. 4. Get into playoff. 5. UGA wins the rest of their regular season games.
I don't know Bret! We have won it twice under Dabo when we were not the #1 seed. LOL! Obviously, I get what you are saying. See - if Clemson were to win all the "reasons"(excuses) will be that the SEC size and Speed hadn't kicked in yet - thus they didn't really beat a "real sec team". Just a pre-season version - thus if they were allowed in multiples of "2" then they would "likely" show the rest of the country: real sec-size-speed! Ya see!

I actually want to beat the dawgs and have them lose their last 11 games. Then we can say “you’re right we did have a weak schedule and the two weakest teams on it were 0-12 UGA and USC that went 1-11 by beating the dawgs.”
