8 he cannot be fired. It would be a bad look to fire him at this point, anyway. However, do we really expect things to go much differently than they historically have moving forward? Are we OK with a once a decade run to the Sweet 16? Or only making the tournament ~20% of the time?

Nobody bigger than us would want an occasional Sweet 16 run and he wouldn't downgrade to a smaller school. He is set for life. Just like Dabo. Football and Basketball will be the same for years to come, and this is a good thing, I think.

I think Chief Brownell's Indian Gaming Casino has a very nice ring to it. I think more people will be on board after we've completed the Brad Cycle with a 16-14 record next year and miss an NIT invite.
