So, I'm now waiting on an interview with the State Department investigators. Ugh... Just finished my background questions.... 67 Pages and on the very last page it ask the question... "Are you now or have you EVER been a member of an organization dedicated to terrorism, either with an awareness of the organization's dedication to that end, or with the specific intent to further such activities?"
Think it's too late to tell them I was the leader of Einsatzgruppen in WW2? I mean, who would answer, "yes" to such a question?

No, that charge was Nolle Prossed because I didn't have a wife, girlfriend, or household member living with me at all. Not to mention, no evidence of a crime existed against me. That charge was fabricated by Greer's finest. Which is why I am suing them in Federal Court. The charge that went to trial was Breach of the Peace High and Aggravated and I was found NOT GUILTY. Which now equates to Malicious Prosecution pursuant to Title 42 U.S.C § 1983. In other words, for the 994 days of false imprisonment, I'm now owed a nice chunk of money for damages and personal injury. Maybe next time they will think twice about arresting an innocent man and fabricating a story and narrative to falsely imprison someone.

It took the State more than 2 years to facilitate an indictment against me while I was incarcerated. 851 days to be exact. That's a violation of the 5th Amendment Due Process Clause whereas, there was an unreasonable delay in securing the True Bill for an indictment. Thus, a deprivation of the right to due process was in fact established. And it's upon the record from a pre-trial motion hearing that I submitted as a Pro Se Defendant on July 29th, 2021, whereby The Honorable Judge Mark Hayes III did so acknowledge Constitutional Rights being violated upon the record.
