Any Johnstoners recall glass chucking....

fits in the courtyards? In the early 80's there were these occasions when you would hear a bottle thrown to the concrete below and all of the sudden the chain reaction started! Sometimes it was mild....a few more bottles. Other times it was like an air assault that went on for a while and had many participants. This was on the courtyard between D and E.

Yup...remember it clearly. Wish i had not participated but sadly that is not the case. Alcohol was involved....

I can also remember someone would scream out that they could not take it any more. Then there would be a chorus reply to go ahead and jump.
