Alabama does not scare me at all.

If Bama makes it far enough to play us, we will win by at least 10. If you ignore the media hype, they really aren’t so unbeatable.

Let’s not be foolish. That is a dang good football team. They scare me, but yes the Tigers can beat them.

Same thing we said last year. They are playing the number 3 team in the nation.

Do you honestly think LSU is the #3 team in the country?

I think they are 8-10, but not too 5. Their defense is good, but their offense is mediocre.
Our offense would easily score 25-30 on them. I don’t think their offense would score more than 10-14 on us.

Agreed. We knew LSU was overrated. They have a championship defense with a So Con offense.

We had significant weaknesses on offense last year.

Our OL was suspect, our receivers were inconsistent, and most importantly, our QB couldn’t throw. All Alabama had to do was stack the box and blitz. We couldn’t stop it.
If they do that this year, we will kill them because our OL is better, our WRa are better, and our QB is a LOT better.

They should scare you a little.
If for no other reason, refs will be in their pocket

OL and QB a lot of respect. Their OL is the best in CFB and it's not close.

When we get a couple of OL like Bama has we are unbeatable. Bama should be embarrassed they ever lose a game. Ever.

I'm not sure if this is sarcasm but yeah.
If we could pump out pro OL like them we'll be unbeatable imo.

Feel the same judge . They aren't a lights out defense ( of course not playing any decent offenses through the first 10 weeks has made believersout of the sheep and the ESPinners ) And they can't run the ball very effectively . That is 2 things I see that bodes well for Clemson .

Tua has skills for on the dime balls.

And a receiving core that can pull them in. No less than 4 INCREDIBLE catches tonight against a very talented defensive back group. That said. Our offense is the difference maker. But our defense front 4 would HAVE to get pressure on Tua and not let up. No doubt.

I said this before. By playoff time and we meet Bama TL will have continued to improve and will outshine Tua.

Me Either! LSU can't do what we couldn't do L.Y.
Nov 3, 2018, 10:23 PM

They can't threaten them with their offense vertically and it shows. We couldn't L.Y. either and it showed. WE CAN THIS YEAR! We have a defensive coordinator that is > LSU DC and an offense that is far and away > LSU. Neutral field with a month to prepare...……...shame on the TNET poster who started that other thread about Bamer being unbeatable! B/C they aren't! If he came to that conclusion off the strength of 16-0 he was a SEC homer Coot to begin with. Especially knowing the well documented struggles LSU has offensively. Think about how many less possessions their offense would get if they played an offense that can attack them. Then they have to make plays where they "haven't had to all year"! Not in crunch time anyway!
Go Tigers! Beat BC! 1 game at a time. Long time before any of that would happen and things change with teams in football!
