will step aside this week, and the Arizona Daily Star reports Arizona AD Greg Byrne will be named Alabama AD. Battle's contract ends in March. Byrne has been at Arizona since 2010.

And he's a reason many students are so involved with athletics. The guy gets it. Very personable. I'd be more than supportive of him replacing DRad right now!

I think that everybody knows that Saban runs the FB program when it comes down to who is Saban's boss. He is his own boss!!!
