ACC will get 2 in.

Everyone wants to see Lamar Jackson the Heisman trophy winner in the playoffs. Petrino will beat Saban in the playoffs and it will be Clemson Louisville part two

not if osu beats mich and wisc/psu play in big10cg. Louisville has ZERO chance in that scenario

Or WVU wins out, or Washington wins out.

U of L is basically done, cause we aren't losing again.

Go Tigers!

If it happens, I would imagine they would do everything...

to pair the teams from the same conference in the first playoff round. There is a lot of TV revenue riding on having as much Power 5 participation as possible.

You are 100% correct.....playoff seeding also all about the money and there is no way two teams from the ACC can play each other for a national championship.....the only conference considered worthy of this honor would be the SEC......LOL......Go Tigers!!!!!

I'm not hating on UL here, but I just can't see

Nov 15, 2016, 10:06 PM

two teams from the same conference getting in UNLESS there is a power 5 conference champ with 2 losses.

Only way that was happening is if it was Clemson and FSU, buddy.

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I doubt it. Absolute best case scenario for them is Michigan winning out.

Nov 15, 2016, 11:00 PM

That would essentially eliminate the other 3 B1G challengers. They would then also need Washington to lose again to really feel good. Louisvilles resume is super weak, so even Washington would probably be able to edge them out as 12-1 pac 12 champs.

It could happen, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it.
