Game came down to two things

Nov 30, 2013, 11:56 PM

1) decision making from our qb. Which has been a theme of late.

2) lack of overall LB speed. Exposed because SC could spread us out and put shaw in a 1v1 race with our LB time and time again especially with the luxury of having a lead.

Football isn't that hard. We turned the ball over. That's it.

LOL! I was going to say $hitty officiating and turnovers!

And lack of game preparation.

That and even more important was our inability to get off the field on 3rd down. The stupid turnovers and penalties didn't help at all either. I didn't think we would look as lackluster as we did. Not much protection from the OL, turnovers by special teams and letting Shaw run freely on almost every 3rd down was a killing combo.

our DBs couldn't cover their receivers...

and Shaw killed us every time we left the middle open.

Aside from the last 4 minutes, I don't think Boyd was all that bad tonight.

right, 6 TO's had less to do with the outcome. Boyd running into clowney's arms instead of stepping up in the pocket never stalled drives...

Thought the DBs covered well enough to win that game

Dec 1, 2013, 12:00 AM

Tied late in the game the senior qb needs to make plays not turn the ball over.

We could still have won with the early TO

Dec 1, 2013, 12:11 AM

We weren't out of it till the Tajh fumble. Faster mor athletic LBs and idk if the coots score a point.

game was over on the 4th and 2 offsides play. There is a reason spurrier took that gamble, and he won. It was a pretty tight game with Clemson gaining momentum until that point.
