How many catch phrases does he have for teams...yeah name one. He hypes individuals over teams. It's easy, takes less homework. Clearly doesn't believe there is no I in team. He gravitates to the teams with blue chip talent and struggles with the UVA's. He'll try to pick out 1-2 marquee guys to talk about, also had a tough time with OP's teams. Passion he's got, but more like an NBA scout than a fan of the game.
