Finished my Clemson Orientation...

A few hours ago, and what a great experience. All day I felt the open arms of complete strangers just welcoming my family and I in. Everyone had huge smiles and awesome attitudes and we're so helpful. I love every memory I have of Clemson, football games, baseball game, basketball games, and all the tailgating. But I have to say I think today at Orientation is by far one of my favorites and will stay with me forever.
So glad to be officially part of the Clemson family.

My time is almost up at Clemson, and I have loved every minute of it. It seems like orientation was just yesterday! Enjoy the time you have, it's an exciting time to be on campus!

Congratulations !! My student days are well behind me, enjoy, play hard, study harder. Do not CUT class. If there is anything you remotely would like to try, do it now. From sky diving to scuba diving I'm sure there is a club or a class for it. It will never be cheaper or more accessible.
You will soon be living the dream.

Congrats! Were your parents as jubilant as I am, having just paid the $310 fee for orientation? Haha. Make sure to give Mom and Dad a big hug and tell em how much you appreciate everything. At least your excitement makes me hopeful my daughter's upcoming orientation will be just as special. I walked all over campus with her today, showing her around and telling stories of attending Clemson in the ancient 80's. Best of luck with your Clemson experience!

Congrats. Coincidentally, one of my son's friends from up here in Maryland took his first tour yesterday (he'll be a junior in high school). He and his dad toured UMD last weekend (kid said "yuck". . .smart boy) and are planning on looking at Va Tech next weekend. Anyway, his dad emailed me that they were about halfway through the tour when his son turned to him and said, "This is where I want to go to college." Great student and even better kid--y'all are the kind of new Tigers that keep Clemson special.

Make the most of it! Participate in any activity that sounds like fun...don't look back and wish you had made the time....and study hard!
