hurlers in baseball are being treated like pitching machines by these Miami hitters. Are they really that good, or have we really gotten that bad? Pitching did not seem to be such an issue early on in the season. Is this just a step up in competition?

For a 3rd year coach and his second class is #1. Yep, they got talent. Even Leggett was talking about 2 of them he coached on USA team.

But, that said. At beginning of the game, you know the wind is blowing out hard to right. Yet, you bench urban who hits a lot of high fly balls to center and right center and you bench him tonight for French. Makes sense?

Our pitching has been sub par/ bad all season. I don't think we have pitched the same starting rotation twice... could be wrong but it has been a merry-go-round. Look back at the SC Upstate game... awful..

And the preseason press and Monte said pitching was our strong suit this season. Deep bullpen etc etc. Yeah, we lost Sharpe and Clarke for a bit (Sharpe still out) but even the few games Sharpe pitched wasn't that outstanding and he never went deep into any games.

I was pumped about this season. Firmly believed we had something this year.
