Link doesn't work for me. It SHOULD work, but Spectrum has not fixed this issue that has existed now for over a year.

What is your issue? Have you tried resetting your browser? Deleting cache/cookies/history?

It is a credentials issue coming from Spectrum to streaming apps like Watch ESPN. They have actually made NEGATIVE progress lately, as the regular ACC Network disappeared from the Spectrum Channel guide on the Spectrum website after they tried a credential "reset". I am subscribed to their Gold package. I should have all the sports channels, the only two that are at issue are ACCN and ACCNx. I can get SECN and SECNx via stream.
I am also subscribed to ESPN+, but that does not include ACCN or ACCNx, the ESPN tech I also spoke to says those credentials MUST come from your provider, whoever that is.
He also said Spectrum is not alone in this issue. He says they have recently been getting a lot of calls from DirecTV customers with the same issue.
