Clemson pitcher Pat Krall was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 28th round with the #856 selection in the 2016 MLB Draft.

In 2016, Krall was 10-2 with a 1.67 ERA with five saves, 65 strikeouts, and 17 walks. For his collegiate career, he is 13-6 with a 2.10 ERA with 10 saves, 115 strikeouts, and 35 walks.

He was selected as a third-team All-America selection by Baseball America.
