went through several drills for NFL teams on Monday morning.

Peters measured in at 6-0", 191 pounds and had 31 1/2" arm length and had 10" hands.

He did 7 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press which was the lowest amount of reps that participated from the defensive back group. The next lowest was 9 from Tulane's Lorenzo Doss.

He had a 40-yard dash time of 4.67 with a 10-yard split of 1.63 on his first try. He ran a better 4.61 40-yard dash on his second and final try. Peters had a vertical jump of 32.5 inches, a broad jump of 119 inches, 6.80 3-cone drill, 11.10 (ranked 2nd) in the 60-yard shuttle and a 4.0 20-yard shuttle.

NFL Network's draft analyst Mike Mayock had some interesting things to say about Clemson defensive players including the defensive backs.

“Clemson’s had a lot of corners that have played well,” Mayock said during the Monday viewing of the NFL combine. “I’ve had this conversation the other day, talking about how the edge rushers from Clemson have been disappointing over the last six, eight, nine years, but the corners have played extremely well, including last year’s fourth-round pick in Washington, Bashaud Breeland.”

In 2014, Peters had a stellar senior season with 52 tackles, eight tackles for loss, two sacks, two quarterback pressures, one interception for 12 yards, a team-high 15 pass breakups and one caused fumble. He is ranked the 43rd prospect out of 232 cornerbacks according to NFL Draft Scout.
