We used up our pitching and our confidence when we lost that 14 inning heart breaking game to TN. We were ahead by 3 in the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs and a full count when they hit a 3 run homer to send it into extra innings.
That was tough to come back from.

I think it’s clear to say that we could very well face Tennessee at some point in the postseason. GIVEN WE GET PAST A REGIONAL!
But I need the feeling of payback against Tennessee in particularly baseball.

I laugh only because it still stings. We had those Vols beat right up until the very end, they pulled a rabbit out of their ### and come back to win.
Of all the Clemson losses, that one stung nearly as bad as Coots beating our Tigers in Death Valley. Oh the memories that you simply cannot evade!
