Clemson Team Notes

It is the first time since 1966 that Clemson has had to play two of its first three games on the road against top 12 teams. This Clemson team is the first faced with that challenge from the ACC since North Carolina in 2001.

He now has 25 career sacks tied for third in Clemson history with William Perry. He is just three sacks short of the career record of 28 held by Gaines Adams and Michael Dean Perry.
*Deshaun Watson completed 19-28 passes for 266 yards this evening. The 266 yards passing were the most by a Clemson true freshman since Patrick Sapp threw for 273 at Maryland in 1992.
