 As as junior, he had 89 knockdowns. He has visited Clemson several times. He is originally from Greer, SC. He has a cousin and aunt that still lives there. He is a cousin of Clemson LB, Stephone Anthony.

Scouting: He is a road-grader that loves to finish off his blocks at the OG position. Crowder was very impressive at the Shrine Bowl practices.
