Jamie Cumbie will be one of the most highly recruited defensive line prospects in the country. Cumbie has all of the tools you look for in a defensive end. Cumbie does not wish to comment on his status amongst the nations best.

"Everything will take care of itself. I will continue to do what I know is best, and listen to my coaches and family."

The Tigers may have an inside track with Cumbie. Cumbie grew up a Clemson fan, before leaving South Carolina for Illinois.

"Clemson was my favorite school as a kid growing up. They have great traditions, and are also known for producing great defenses. I like Clemson, but I'm not ready to make any decisions, but Clemson is a school I am looking at."

Cumbie is a candidate to make an early decision this summer.
