Mike Davis - Running Back
Height: 5-10   Weight: 205   Hometown: Columbia, SC (Columbia HS)   Class: 2005

Mike Davis has been one of the most quiet players we have covered in recruiting this year. Davis has just recently begin to open a little. He has already made his official visits to Kentucky and North Carolina.

"Kentucky was a great trip. They have great facilities. I love the coaches and I love the players. I really like the area that surrounds the campus. Facilities and campus at North Carolina are very pretty. I know some of the players. Coach Bunting is great, and I like the town."

Clemson is the next official visit scheduled for Davis. Davis will be in Tiger Town this weekend along with a host of others. Davis will make his last two official visits to Maryland and South Carolina.

"Clemson is a great time for me to come. The running back situation is good, but it can be better. I feel like I can contribute at Clemson. I live right down the street from South Carolina. My mom and dad really like South Carolina, but they also like Clemson. I love Coach Stockstill. I have an auntie at Maryland. They have a friendly situation at running back as well. I think I can contribute at Maryland."

Davis has several factors that will play into his decision. He has also has a tentative date set for when he would like to make his decision.

"I would like to go to a school that has a high graduation rate. The campus and players will be a big factor, cause those are things that I will have to be around for the next four years of my life. I wanna make my final decision after my Maryland visit. I am gonna try and make it on January 30. I want to be fair to everyone."
