Keilen Rayner is a 6-3, 230 pound Defensive End at North Brunswick High in Leland, North Carolina. He is projected to be one of the top defensive lineman in North Carolina for next year's recruiting class.
According to the Star News Online: “He has a good motor on him,’’ Scorpions coach Garry Bishop said. “He does not take any plays off.’’ To accurately assess Rayner’s skills, look no further than track and field, where he is a sprinter who also throws the discus and shot put at 6-foot-3, 230 pounds. “He is a big kid who can run,’’ West Brunswick football coach Jimmy Fletcher said. “We run them in track all the time and he a fast kid.’’ According to Bishop, recruiters for Florida State, Florida, Alabama and Nebraska have requested tapes, and the Wolfpack have invited him to summer camp. Clemson has already offered Rayner for next year's recruiting class as well as Duke and East Carolina.
