View Full Profile has committed to South Carolina while on a visit to their football camp on Saturday afternoon. Register grew up liking the Gamecocks and his family is a big fan of the school.

Register was impressive during the first session of Dabo Swinney's 2015 Football Camp three days ago. The in-state tight end showed a big frame with decent hands during several drills.

In 2014, he had 18 receptions for 262 yards and two touchdowns. He is the first commitment for the Gamecock's 2017 recruiting class.
