Dakereon Joyner will announce his college decision on June 18 according to Twitter account.
“I WILL be making my college decision on June 18th, 2017!” Joyner tweeted. “Father’s Day, dedicated to my dad. Rest in Peace.” Joyner is regarded by some analysts as the top prospect in the state (others like Xavier Thomas, Josh Belk or Stephen Wynn) for the 2018 recruiting cycle. He has offers from Auburn, Clemson, Florida State, Georgia, Louisville, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia Tech. South Carolina's old coaching staff was actually the first school to offer. As a sophomore, he passed for 3,202 yards and 33 touchdowns, ran for 1,059 yards and 19 scores and was named MaxPreps national sophomore of the year as he led Fort Dorchester to its first state Class 4A title. In 2014, he was 43-92 for 3 touchdowns and 2 interceptions and also ran for 231 yards and a touchdown and had four receptions for 26 yards. He was named after the season as a 2014 MaxPreps Freshman All-American. TigerNet watched him closely while at the 2015 Dabo Swinney Football camp and he is a very smooth athlete with tremendous upside. He also has zip on his throws and great lateral speed. He plans to enroll early to school in January of 2018. I WILL be making my college decision June 18th, 2017! Father's Day, dedicated to my dad. Rest In Peace ????
