“It’s a great feeling to have everything off my back. Recruiting was a long process, but I think I handled it very well. I think I’m finished for now, and it’s Clemson. I just found a place that I fit into. Clemson is a lot like Buford. It’s the best place for me.”

Rogers says he still hears from UGA every now and then over Facebook or email. “They’re just checking up, seeing how I’m doing. Nobody is asking if I want to be back on the campus yet. They’re just keeping in touch. They’re telling me if anything happens, like a coach moves, they are always there.”
