ESPN has spoken with several NFL evaluators and decided to do a
re-ranking of the 2014 NFL Draft class and has former Clemson wide receiver
Sammy Watkins
Sammy Watkins "The only controversy over Watkins' early selection was whether the Bills gave up too much to get him. He was overshadowed by Beckham but still had a very productive rookie season," ESPN said about Watkins. The former Clemson product had 65 catches for 982 yards and six touchdowns in his rookie season (started all 16 games). He was also rookie of the week three times during the season and had four games with more than 100 receiving yards. The Top three picks in the 2014 NFL draft - Jadeveon Clowney, Greg Robinson and Blake Bortles have been disappointments so far based on their individual production. Clowney was listed #10 overall, Robinson was ranked #22 overall and Bortles was at the bottom at #25 overall in the re-rankings.
