Sammy Watkins The Biletnikoff Award is presented each year to the top receiver in the nation. It is named after former Florida State receiver Fred Biletnikoff. Ten semifinalists will be announced on November 18 and the winner will be introduced on ESPN at the Home Depot College Football Awards Show in Orlando, FL on December 12. DeAndre HopkinsDeAndre Hopkins Watkins, a junior from Fort Myers, FL, is a two-time All-American. He had 82 receptions for 1219 yards and 12 receiving touchdowns in 2011 and 57 catches for 708 yards and three scores last year. He was a first-team AP All-American and ACC Rookie of the Year as a freshman in 2011, and a first-team All-American by College & Pro Football Weekly in 2012. He has 139 receptions for 1927 yards and 15 touchdowns for his career. Peake, a junior from Moore, SC, had 25 receptions for 172 yards and two scores last year. He started just two games last year, but is expected to move into a starting position this year with Hopkins moving on to the NFL as a first-round draft pick.
