WATCH: Watkins gives back at local event

Sammy Watkins, Kelvin Benjamin and several others took part in the 2nd Annual Tory Dandy Scholarship Fun Day at Woodruff high school on Saturday.

Part of the proceeds went to the National Domestic Violence Organization and the ALS Foundation.

"It's very important to give back. It's not just about athletes or football or whatever we do during the off season. It's about just being here," said Watkins said to WSPA. "Anybody could be doing anything. We got families we could be with but it's important for us to come here and give back."
