WATCH: Boulware practices getting his Draft call

by - Senior Writer -

Former Clemson linebacker Ben Boulware was on NFL Network's Good Morning Football this morning discussing the upcoming Draft.

Boulware said he's excited for the NFL Draft and for all of the interviews to be over.

"I'm definitely not over it. I'm just ready to see the fruits of my labor and the fruits of our labor," Boulware said on GMFB. "I'm ready to get back to my roots and play ball. I feel like this is not a process that a guy like me is going to shine with the Combine - or underwear Olympics - and the Pro Day. I feel like I shine when I put the pads on and strap up and get between the white lines."

He said he's heard from most of the teams in the NFL since Clemson's Pro Day.

"I've been hearing from a decent amount of teams," Boulware said. "Since Pro Day, I've probably heard from 20 or 25 teams, but I'm probably going to be a day three guy. It is what it is. I deserve better than that, but I'm accepting whatever I'm going to get. I'm excited for any opportunity."

However, the highlight of the interview came when he practiced getting the long-awaited Draft phone call.
