Swinney says Alabama win would make this Clemson team "The Best Ever"

by - Assoc. Editor -

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney held a press conference on Tuesday to preview the National Championship game against #2 Alabama.

Swinney discusses several different subjects including his thoughts if Clemson defeated Alabama and reach 15-0, then his 2015 Clemson football team should be considered the best college football team ever.

"That would be we're the best ever," Swinney said. "That's what it would mean. Who's going to argue with that? One of y'all will. (Laughter.) You'd lose in a court of law. (Laughter.) I promise you that. I'd love to be the lawyer on that one, because you know what, ain't never been a 15-0 team."

Alabama is a 7-point favorite against Clemson in the title game in Glendale, Arizona on Jan. 11 at 8:30 pm EST on ESPN.
