Injury status on Mark Fields, Austin Bryant

by - Assoc. Editor -

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney talked to the media following Wednesday's practice and had an update on a few critical injuries from his team's defense.

Swinney said that sophomore defensive end Austin Bryant is doubtful for Georgia Tech and could be back for Louisville.

Bryant has been sidelined several weeks with an injured foot he suffered at practice on August 15.

Swinney also shared that sophomore defensive back Mark Fields injured his shoulder falling on kickoff coverage in practice on Wednesday. He said that Fields should be OK and will probably be a gametime decision.

Fields has four tackles through two games this season.
