Clemson honorary captains vs. Wofford

Clemson honorary captains for the opening game against Wofford will be Dan Benish and Reggie Pleasant.

Benish was a first-team All-ACC selection in 1981 during Clemson's national championship team and played in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons and the Washington Redskins. He is the uncle of starting offensive tackle Mitch HyattMitch Hyatt

Pleasant played for Clemson during 1981-1984 and played for the Atlanta Falcons and Tampa Bay Bucs and also played in the Canadian Football League for eleven years with the Toronto Argonauts and the Edmonton Eskimos.

He is a team advisor at Clemson this year.
