CLEMSON, S.C. — The men’s basketball team will hold its only public exhibition on Thursday at 7 p.m. against Lander University. The Tigers and Bearcats will square off in the newly renovated Littlejohn Coliseum, which underwent a $63.5 million improvement. While the event is free of charge, a ticket is required for entry. Season ticket-holders received exhibition tickets with their packages in the mail. Limited tickets remain for the exhibition. Fans are encouraged to redeem a ticket prior to the game at ClemsonTigers.com.

IPTAY reserved parking will not be in effect for exhibition basketball games. Parking will be available on a first come, first serve basis. ADA accessible parking is available with a state issued ADA pass/tag on the north side of the coliseum on Ravenel Road and the north circle drive. All other fans are encouraged to park in available parking in Lot 5 (west stadium lot), Jervey / Jervey Meadows Lot, McFadden Center Lot, Lot 3A, East Beach Lot, or parking spaces along Centennial Boulevard. Avenue of Champions will be closed and reserved between Centennial and Perimeter. Normal parking operations will begin with the regular season home opener on Nov. 11 against Georgia.

Clemson returns three starters and nine lettermen off the 2015-16 team that went 17-14 overall and 10-8 in the ACC. Included in the list of returning starters is first-team All-ACC forward Jaron Blossomgame, who was third in the league in scoring at 18.7 points per game last season. Donte Grantham (10.2 points per game) and Avry Holmes (10.0) also return as double-figure scorers for Brad Brownell’s program.

Lander was 22-10 overall last season, 13-6 in the Peach Belt Conference. JR Washington returns as the Bearcats’ leading scorer after averaging 19.6 points per game last season.
