Clemson ranked #4 in latest projected BCS standings

Here is BCS guru Jerry Palm's take on the upcoming BCS standings. Clemson comes in at the #4 position this week.

Ohio State no longer needs to watch its back. The Buckeyes are in the clear now because Oklahoma State routed Baylor, dropping the Bears out of contention for the No. 3 spot in the BCS ratings.

Lining up behind them is a close race for the top rated one loss team. Clemson and Auburn figure to be neck and neck, with Missouri right on their heels. However, in the longer term, a one loss SEC champion figures to be at the top of the list of one loss teams. Clemson won't be able to hold off Auburn or Mizzou should one of them pull that off.
