Tigers Down To Two Scholarships Left

by - Radio Host -

Clemson added two commitments Sunday in Antwon Muchinson and Sadat Chambers. The commitments now total 22 which now means several things:

1. Clemson only has two more slots available in this class. They will take one more running back and one more linebacker.

2. There is a list of about ten players that they would not turn down if they committed despite Clemson being full. This happens at every school in recruiting. That list includes players like James Davis, Mike Davis, Demerick Chancellor, Curtis Crouch, Johnathan Hannah, Hivera Green, James McKinley, Antonio Clay, Ryan Stamper and Jamie Robinson.

3. Chambers will most likely play rover but could play corner.

4. At camp they really liked Muchinson. He ran a 4.65 and is 6-5 and 255. He is also a good student. The staff decided to take Muchinson rather than Michael Adams who also wanted to commit. The Tigers will also no longer recruit other defensive ends like John Russell or Cliff Respress.
