What about hiring one of John Calipari's great recruiting assistants to take over our program? We definitely need someone who can hit the recruiting trail and improve our Jimmy's and Joe's.

Great idea! However, I like the thought of hiring one as an assistant to Brownell paying much more than present salary. Send all the coaches to the Dabo sales seminar for all things Clemson...
If it doesn't produce immediate results, clean house.
