Be the next to fall to judicial challenge? With NCAA being totally impotent and otherwise incapable or incompetent to enforce its own rules how can they limit a player from extending his/her eligibility so long as they are enrolled in some sort of academic curriculum. I can see Ph.D. candidates on the team at age 30 so long as they are getting 6 figure NIL deals. How can NCAA keep THAT from happening?
