I'd say Rick Barnes hit gold if he goes to Tennessee

Rick can coach for a handful of more years with not a ton of pressure at Tenn. It's a pretty crappy basketball conference and he will make them competitive within a couple of years. Finish 20-12 and make the tourney a few times and collect his millions. I think the Vol fans will like him if he gets the job.
