The Bills got Matt Cassel from the Vikings. Hopefully, he will actually be able to complete passes so that Sammy will have some decent opportunities to catch passes and break records this year. EJ Manuel really hurt Sammy's stats last year because he couldn't hit the broad side of a barn throwing the ball. Cassel may not be the best QB in the league, but I don't see how he could be worse than Manuel. Link:

...majority of snaps last year? You are correct about Manuel's overall performance though. His skill set certainly does Sammy no favors.
