I'd love to have him back but go get your money Sammy!

You'll be at least a top 15 pick. That's nothing to shake your head at. One injury and it could all go down the drain. You'll always be one of the all time greats.

I agree anyone in the first round should go, and if they are not going to move up in the draft with another year then even 2nd round should go. A safety is not likely to move up in the draft with another year. Ellington improved with another year in catching passes and blocking the blitz. I think Beasley could improve in strength... but he is curretly rated a 1st rounder and should go unless he thinks he could move into top 10 picks.

Sammy... you don't owe us anything, but the underclassmen could learn a lot from 1 more year. Don't forget the money will be there next year but the memories you make here will last for a lifetime.

He's gone, he's just putting the team first and focusing on the Orange bowl.(Which is the right thing to do at this time.) The ONLY possible way I see him coming back, is if he and his parents decide its best to go head and get his degree now and have something to fall back on after football. You never know what can happen in life, but there really is no bad choice in his decision. Nothing but support either way!

If he gets his degree at Clemson. That is something that NO dirty playing NFL player can take away from him in one play. Just one dirty play can take his NFL career away from him in 5/10 seconds. I think that he has said that he one day wants to be in sports communications. If his NFL career ends in his rookie season in practice or a game. He wouldn't be offered a job at ESECPN or any of the other sports networks. He would have to start at the HS level reporting, and his degree from Clemson would be a great head start.

The odds of him needing that degree are infinitesimal.

Plus he will get guaranteed money as a first round pick. The dude is getting over 10 million dollars even if he never plays a down.

He may just want it, I've seen a lot of people who wasted their time getting one, and just as many who took advantage of it. He could always come back like Hershel did and have the best of both worlds.

Plenty of wide receivers. Losing Jarrett would be tougher to deal with. We should have much better RBs, more experience and depth at DB, and the TEs can't be worse. I think we'll be surprised how well the offense runs with Stoudt or Kelly. I personally think it will be Stoudt even though I'm excited about Kelly.

Sammy, if you are reading this, know that if you go we will be praying for the best for you. Know that if you stay we will be back next year to watch you roll toward the endzone. Take care Sammy in whatever you choose.

Why are all the LOW PULSE people wanting Sammy to leave?

Could they be closet coots? For sure the coots want him to leave.
