From what I hear, they will skin and process an alligator for free, assuming you leave them the hide to sell. Can any Juan confirm that?

16 years? Where you been all my life.
And where are the required photographs of tiddies?
You’ve been around long enough to know the rules. We need tiddies more than punchlines!

order up some food then tip like $2-$3 bucks on the delivery. Problem was, they were about 23 miles round trip so I lost money on that mess. That should have been a $10 tip that the big boss paid anyway.

Where did you deliver from? Typically it's a huge order, for all the employees, so a pretty big bill. Anybody that makes it out all that way usually gets hooked up pretty good.

One of the strangest atypical deer I have ever seen! I am not aware of any predators for adult gators other than humans. I have no personal interest in gator hunting, but am glad the state was able to build up our gator numbers to a point where they now are. A point where they need careful management--ie-harvesting--ie--killing. Congratulations on a huge gator! People forget that man is part of the ecosystem and is an apex predator. These gator hunts are heavily regulated by the DNR and culling the gators is an important part of overall wildlife management. If one believes in science, I do, then a totally hands off approach to wildlife is difficult to defend. Congratulations again!

there's also human density. If you look at the closeup head pic, you can see that most of his teeth are rotted, and when the incisors/canines go, it will no longer be able to hunt and would slowly starve to death.

See I'm going to have to disagree with you here big fella. Nobody will argue the supremacy of the cured meats, and the cheese is where your best $$ is spent... but...
The accoutrements make or break the charcuterie board for me. Simple flavors and textures that in concert become something else entirely. A luscious triple creme with black mission figs. A stinky roquefort drizzled with honey. A tantalizing aged firm goat's milk cheese with marcona almonds.
Anyone can throw some lomo and a baguette on a board. The artistry and the finesse come in the selection and artful presentation of the adornments.

Pickle that stuff, and it lands on the same plane as the cured meats and cheeses. And don't just pickle it...you gotta pickle it WELL.

Lexington, just an appetizer, but it was good. First time since a "sampler platter" at John Paul's Armadillo in Gville or whatever it was called. I forget, but they had bison and all sorts of crazy chit.
