he is either hurt or had Covid and has the mind blur going.
Or money went to his head.
Or he just did not work hard enough coming into this year.
Or he just sucks and we were fooled last year?
Grasping at straws here.

He threw a couple of passes 25-30 yards in the first half.

Unfortunately the intended receivers were only running 15 yard routes at the time

All over the place. I mean, he may not be the best analyst but the guy played QB in the NFL. I would kind of have to think he knows what he’s talking about.

Agreed. He stands flat footed the majority of the time

And that release is soooo long. Starts from his hip. Does he have a touch throw at all?
Not trying to beat him up, but he did look impressive last year and it’s like he’s worse than his freshman year. Is that possible? I know I hate our play calls, but I am having trouble figuring out what exactly the problem is... either DJ and his arm or Tony. I’m leaning Tony, but not committed to that yet.

It’s ok to say both.

Ask yourself this. Did DW and TL look markedly different in year three than in year one? How about Tajh’s progression? Bryant’s? Other than learning the playbook better, we don’t seem to grow QB skillsets that weren’t preexisting. The only real turnaround I can think of is Stoudt, and that was more a confidence issue and giving him plays more suited to his comfort zone.

We have no deep threat. Didn’t even try against UGA either. Get him out. Let Dabo call plays. This season is trash. Terrible to waste such a good D.
My prediction was 9-3 and that might be too good.

Since you mentioned it, don't forget that TE had COVID. Could be a reason....

He will never better Tajh Boyd’s best season statistics. It’s Kelly Bryant 2.0.

some guys while dismissing others. Maybe Kendrick really was a cancer, but he's tearing it up at uga. Dixon is on the weirdest play-and-yank thing I think I have ever seen.
Meanwhile, we hear that the olina is 'special', DJ is 'special' and all the WRs are 'special', none of which actually seem to be (except a few individuals). Maybe he's talking about their school work.
Mark Richt tells about an incident with Bobby Bowden. Bowden took him aside and said, "Our QB is throwing it to the defense. I've seen enough of it. Is it his fault, your fault or my fault?" I don't know what happens on the team, but what we hear is how special they all are.
Disclaimer: I'm all in. No issues. We're talking football here, and this year's team only.
