I think the term would be dock or moor.

So far what I have found on the Internet is you will need to beach the boat and walk up to the Esso club, which is fine I suppose because it won't be my boat. ??
Just curious of the protocol before I take this approach. It seems like it would be fun, but not having done it before and not living on Lake Hartwell, I kind of want to know the trick to doing this before I go "all in".

There's THE ShuttlE To THE Stadium from there for free.
I've looked at the small "beach" area behind the ESSO but I'm not sure if I'd be a challenge it there.

Dock at the Clemson Rowing facility!!!

I would park the boat at the Clemson Rowing facility. You can easily beach the boat there or dock the boat to an available slip. They shouldn't have a problem as they are most likely not going to be practicing during a game (since accessing the area would be difficult). The walk would probably be a little over 1 mile, but not bad (and pretty scenery). Definitely a cool way to go to the game!!!

It is ok to use the docks, but don't beach the boat there if no dock space is avail.

Awesome! I've sailed there before and have docked it. It's a safe location.

bar to watch the game, you are not boating to the game. If you can't see inside the stadium from the boat, you didn't boat to the game. Exception. Those people in kayaks that catch home runs at Giants games boated to the game. I doubt they can see much, but they can catch baseballs.

If we get a monsoon, you can park it next to the Oculus and just walk right in.

Yes, many many times. You have to beach the boat and walk a pretty far distance. It's still a neat way to make the game and an easy trip home if you live on the lake.

For example, could I beach at Y beach? Or do they not allow that? What about along the ####? Is that approved/allowed?

I have a system that works well.

Anchor my yacht out in the big water and let my crew clean it while I watch the game.
I know some poor friends with 30 ft boats that pick me up and drop me off near the stadium, then I catch a limo over to the Avenue of Champions.

Beegshot did not want to beach the Sea Ray on the beach and/or there was no room left on the beach.
So,
Drop your folks off at 1 Anchor your boat (with fore and aft achors for wind) at 2 Catch a ride to 1 with a fellow boater
After the game, reverse process.

Beach next to crew dock is the best place.

Large beach to the left, outside of the crew area. Easier walk. I live in Clemson and have a boat.
The core owns the shore and its no different than pulling up on any beach on the lake so there shouldn't be a problem. Just in case, i'd chain it up to a tree with a lock so some ####### doesn't decide to push it out.

The beach adjacent to the Dyke if you can find a spot...

or you could anchor the pontoon off the dyke where all the other boats are located and kayak to shore haha. Or swim if you don't mind getting a little wet haha.
P.S. I can't believe you can't type dyke on this board... I'm not talking about a butch ghey woman... I'm talking about a ### for crying out loud

And swimming in and changing onshore was gonna be my last resort option.
I now have multiple options that seem reasonable, now I feel better about renting a boat... ??
