Spud, my wife and I were driving to Chapin one day to see our son & grands and were talking about getting a new truck. The next day I began getting bombarded with trucks ads. My truck or our phones were obviously listening carefully to us and taking information to sell.

My new gutters went up yesterday.... so it is now official - we have spent more on upgrades in the past year than the house cost to build back in the 1980s.

Replaced lots of windows and three Anderson(ouch )doors, shingles, gutters, and am in the middle of having 3 decks replaced.
