Ricky Sapp is one of the top rated junior defensive ends. Clemson made a big impression with Sapp this past weekend.
"I went to Clemson for their junior day on Saturday. I really enjoyed getting to meet with the coaches. I got to see some of what they are going to under the new defensive coordinator." Sapp would be a perfect candidate for the new bandit position. Sapp said the Clemson coaches did mention, that is where they would look to place him and he would have the chance to compete early. Bamberg in recent years has typically been a pipeline to South Carolina. The Tigers have positioned themselves very well with Sapp early.
